Karate
I started practicing karate in 1997 at the age of 11. First coach Alexander Bondarev, second coach Maxim Ivanchikov.
Clubs represented
Latvian Shotokan Karate Federation, Marshal Asahi, Riga Karate Club, Tekki Sports Club, Dzen Do Sports Club, Baltic Karate Club, Ruslana Sadikova Sports School.
I coached the Latvian karate team at the WKF World Championship for Juniors and Cadets in Karate, team kata at the EKF European Championship for Juniors and Cadets in Karate. Judge of the Latvian Karate Federation Category Kata A, Referee kumite A.
I perform the duties of a trainer in the Tekki sports club. I actively developed children’s sports, in which high results were achieved. Multiple victories were achieved among young students in local championships.
